about me

My mom, Martha, taught me to crochet when I was a child, and that skill sparked a life-long love of crafting.

As a kid, I was not afraid to create what I could see in my head by trying new things and making it up as I went along. I often made bags, blankets, and accessories, including projects inspired by friends’ requests.

As a young adult, I learned to knit, and the experience I gained translated over to my crocheting. I had a new appreciation for fiber content, gauge, construction, and a well-written pattern.

Now as a mother, I find such joy in making things for my boys. Toys, decorations, and little sweaters are always in my works-in-progress pile.

As you look through my patterns, I hope you can find something that inspires you.

Thank you for your support.
